Role Summary: 

As an Account Executive, you will serve as the primary point of contact between Dashboard Insights and our clients. You will analyze operational frameworks, deliver projects, and provide training to ensure the successful implementation of our dashboard solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement, with a focus on relationship building, problem-solving, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary liaison between Dashboard Insights and clients, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
  • Analyze clients’ operational frameworks and metrics to effectively identify and address their needs.
  • Deliver projects and facilitate implementation training to ensure successful rollout of dashboards to client teams.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships, providing post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Create support content to help clients understand their dashboards and the value they add to their business.
  • Consistently monitor and assess product usage to enhance client experience.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions and recommendations.
  • Address client concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.
  • Implement measures to reduce the recurrence of issues.
  • Conduct assessments and analyses to identify challenges and growth opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Gather feedback from clients to continuously improve products, services, and the overall client experience.
  • Keep internal teams informed about client needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies related to dashboards and analytics.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team to enhance offerings based on client and market demands.

Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive in the B2B industry.
  • Proven experience in B2B technology sales, account management, or business consulting, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of understanding and addressing complex client needs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a personable demeanor suitable for the global market.
