Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified accounting and finance professionals.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure timely and quality hires.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for accounting, bookkeeping, and back-office roles.
- Conduct targeted searches using job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Create and maintain a positive candidate experience that reflects the company’s culture and values.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to enhance hiring efficiency and quality.
- Stay informed about talent market trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Proven experience in recruiting accountants and finance professionals (experience with Australian clients preferred).
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and employer branding.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficient in using ATS, job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Highly detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
