  • Maintain accurate cost tracking, budgets, and progress billings across developments
  • Ensure GST, BAS, PAYG, and other Australian compliance requirements are met
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate records using Xero, PropertyMe, and/or Resly
  • Work closely with leadership and project managers to provide financial insights and reporting
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
  • Provide general administrative and finance coordination support as needed

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience for Australian clients
  • Background in real estate, construction, or property development (highly preferred)

  • Experience with PropertyMe, Resly, or similar property management systems
  • Solid understanding of trust accounting and multi-entity bookkeeping
  • Proficient in BAS/GST reporting and Australian compliance requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Confident communicating with accountants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Able to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize multiple projects

  • 13th-Month Pay Bonus
  • Company-provided equipment
